Tracy Denton and Tammy Diaz of T and T Real Estate NM are experienced real estate brokers serving Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and the surrounding areas. Tracy, licensed since 2001, brings over two decades of experience working with buyers and sellers across a wide range of price points. Tammy, licensed since 2018, also works with clients ranging from first-time buyers to those purchasing or selling luxury properties. Their combined expertise allows them to confidently guide clients through today’s dynamic market.

Both Tracy and Tammy are deeply rooted in New Mexico. Tracy is a longtime resident with extensive involvement in both the real estate industry and the local community, including her work with UNM Athletics as a Spirit Coordinator and Community Service Coordinator. She was also honored with the 2024 Good Neighbor Award, recognizing her commitment to service. Tammy has called New Mexico home for over 25 years and brings a strong connection to the community, along with a background as a preschool teacher, office manager, and full-time mom—experience that shapes her organized, client-focused approach.
